Thanks Todd,
I'll have to give that a try.

Nice touch with the web site on the computer in the back ground.

Did you know that starfish do not have brains?

I bought one of those flashers you recommended. I bench tested it with the size bulbs I am using and it works perfect. Not sure yet how to integrate it into the factory harness.
...or are you just happy to see me?

Maybe that's why I feel such a kinship with Patrick...lol.

Bill, can't you just replace your stock flasher with the one you bought? You might have to make some short jumper adapters for the pin connectors to go from the wide spades on the flasher to the smaller pins on your flasher connector...there are several ways to do it, some better than others Smile Try www.posi-lock.com for some cool connector solutions....
Your local parts store should have these, the ones here do...--Todd

Well it appears that the flasher on the bike is also some kind of relay too. There are three wires going to the flasher and only two pins on the flasher I bought. There were flashers with three pins at the part store, but not sure what the extra pin does.
Moron Alert

Not to sure about my electronic skills. Confused

You may have to have a 3 pin flasher, one wire will be hot, one ground and one will be hot with your turn switch actuated...
