Here's a link below to a video of M V 08 using pictures from the M V 08 CD that Ralph put together. Enjoy!
Follow the link and click on Free user and wait for the countdown to finish and click on download and follow your prompts. It should take about 10 minutes to download with a high speed connection.

Alright listen up. If you have not downloaded this video do so even if it takes all night. Bill has done one hell of a job on this. It made me wants to jump on the bike and head to Maggie Valley now. It made me feel like I do after riding all day and after about my 2nd rum and Dew sitting in the parking telling Ron to use 2nd gear and enjoy life a little better. Kids, what can you do. This is a great video and maybe you had to be there but it sums up the riding and the atmosphere of the experience of the HPS Gathering.
Thanks again Bill you did a great job.

Glad you liked the video
If you go to Google maps, and just type in maggie valley nc
it's comes right up. Do the satellite view and you'll get an idea of the terrain. There is also a "street level view" for many of the roads including the Blue Ridge Parkway. Just drag the street view icon onto soco road. The motel is on R19 Soco Road. Click here for the details

You could always just come over and be ballast for someone.
There's a small Airport for connecting flights in Ashville NC about 1/2 hour away! _________________ CBR1100XX/EZS

This must be some sort of trick question
Oh - I get it - its a multiple choice -
A. Dar
B. Bruce
C. Zen Bill
D. Dave H
E. (the other) Dave H
F. Ralph
G. Roger
etc
etc
and the answer is :
R. All of the above
If the question were: How many of them act their age?
the answer would be:
S. None of the above _________________ David D

Thanks Bill,
Great stuff. Finally got it downloaded Sunday, took 2 1/2 hours. This computer is like riding a Cushman. Watched the video, then I looked at Ralph's CD from '07 and '08. Jumped up and went to the bathroom, then out to the shop to look at the sidecar, came back in the house, looked out the window, 29 degrees and snowing. Dang, it was good while it lasted! Layed down and took a nap.
