Hello,
First, I'm french, and You can sometimes perhaps not understand what I mean, because I learn english twenty years ago, and I have a bad memory !
So, I will introduce myself.
I began the motorcycle in 1977 with a 125 cc MZ.
In 1981, I receave my driving licence for the bigger motorcycles, and I bought a Kawasaki 650. I change it in 1985 for another Kawasaki : a 1000 R Eddy Lawson Replica.
In 1987, I change it for the bigger Kawasaki I have had : a 1300 injection. And I choose mi first side-car. It was a JEANIEL Condor.
In 1988, I ride for the Tour de FRANCE Side-car, french rallye race.
I change this bike in 1991 for a new Kawasaki, the ZZR 1100. An I ride also in rallyes in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
I just change for a Kawasaki ZX 12R with a special side, home made. It is not realy finish at this date, but it must be ready for the French Rallyes Championship beginning on April 6th.
I hope that my friend Bruno "Le Marluche" will have all the possibilities to winn the Pikes Peak in his category.
Very happy to see that some US people are insterresting on french ideas.

French sidecar designers are responsible for making many big improvements in sidecar technology. I hope many more like minded French and other European sidecar owners will continue to join and use the forum.

I'm English and MY English is not that great! We can try to use Google translate to help out. I have many questions about sides in France................ regulations, touring, racing and rallies etc. I am enjoying the pictures and video on the excellent French site. http://forumsccf.ifrance.com/index.php?1&weborama=1
