I learned from the Virginia group that proceeded us that a leaf blower is an EXCELLENT way to dry off you're motorcycle after you wash it!
That we all missed Ralph.
That the fast guys are still fast without the funny smelling fuel

I learned that a rocket ship (ZX14) can sound like a sewing machine and still be fast...very fast!
I learned that no matter how high performance the bike is, "one can only go through the corner so fast".
I learned that some things never change.
I really enjoyed seeing everyone and sorely miss not getting the chance to say "See ya next year!"
