Does HPS have a logo or badge, so you can recognise each other at rallies and shows ?

I realise this is just a forum, so is there a home page, for the club. I came straight onto the forum page, so not seen anything except whats on here.

We are really not all organized as an official group. Truth be known, there is only a handfull of HPS rigs in North America and we're a bit spread out. The guys on the west coast and east coast and a few in the middle of the continent. If you look at the member list, you'll see we have some folks on the forum from Europe and down under etc. We don't have official "stuff" but Ralph has some pretty cool HPS related stuff available on his website somefear.com. I'm sure if you PM him you could ask him about it.

Do you have Skype on your system? Might be kind of cool to try that out with you some time. Several of us are set up to do that. Although, some are harder to understand than others. Some of us don't exactly speak the Queens english! Laughing

Ralph and Zentime
Thanks for that info, I was really going to copy the logo you had and produce my own replic badge, something to show off at my local biker cafe. Oh well Rolling Eyes

Skype This is spooky, you're the second person today to ask about skype and both of you are sidecarists Shocked
He's off the English site Federation of sidecar clubs, Amazing.
I have the facilities but it's not set up.

There's for and against speaking to people face to face, I have friends from Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
When they get excited it's hard to understand what they are saying, although you a least can see the manner in which they are saying it.
On the other hand if they write it you can understand them but sometimes misunderstand how they are saying it.
Especially humour, people can get the wrong meaning.

I'll get back to you about what I need for getting skype up and running, though we could have a problem with the time differences.
I have two clocks one set at Pittsburgh PA time which reads 14.10 and my time which is 19.05.
Thanks for your message.
Keith
