WOW! THanks Bill! OK Today I installed new(used) to me Telefix WIDE clipons Raised the rear as high(Max Preload) as possible, results in dropping the front, thereby reducing rake reducing trail. This thing is a different animal! Steering effort is still high but managable!
I'm pretty set on mount positions so time to get started welding mounts! YWEEE HHHAAAAAW! Even suckered 3 of my "freinds" (FOOLS!) into riding in the Devils high chairs! AAAHHHHAHAHAHAHAH!!! (MORE Maniacal laughter!)
MY Father who has an Automototive engineering degree just stood around shaking his head and wringing his hands as we tried to figure the transfer between cars motorcycles and hacks(Wheres the caster going to be adjusted? What will you do about caster? What "Trail" What? No No no you need to adjust the tow in on the hack what? LEANOUT? WHY? OOOHHHH! AAAAHHHH! Camber! Not camber!? oh!
This MAY have been more fun than riding the Demon,,,Nah,,,Close but not more fun!
OH and there was that one violent headshake where I immediatly thought about the steering dampener in the top right drawer of my tool box! Anyway alls well and I'm still alive and in love with this stupid thing!
