Hey Dennis, that's great news. It would be great to see you guys. Quite a ride from St Louis! Very Happy

Nancy and I will not be able to make Summit Point this year, prior engagement. I imagine Jay and Ralph have the still working overtime in order to supply the racing fuel for the HPS drivers and monkeys. They'd really be on to something if they could figure a way to combine shine and SPF 30 sunscreen,

Looks like I won't be there, Jake has a Boy Scout thing that weekend, he's in charge of a group of kids building a wheelchair ramp at the scout camp that weekend, so I kindof have to be there.

maybe next year

I'm back home from the west coast, ended up not going all the way to LA, so scratch that 4 corners idea. Actually wasn't even able to ride US2 all the way, it was closed down in parts of Washington due to the wildfires they had a few weeks back. (and I did the ride on 2 wheels, not 3, but don't tell anybody) Was able to meet up with some friends while in the Pacific northwest.

But, Suzi Bandito and I ARE planning to be at Summit Point this weekend.

Sorry guys we aren’t going to make it this year either

My wife said she was going to get pregnant and she thought I should be there.

The painter has to redo the paint job on Jays sidecar.

Also see excuses 15-22-54-and 94.

O Dar if you want to stop by on your way to Summit Point you can pick up a gift for Shehe.

We will miss you guys and the cookies.

Well, you missed a good time Ralph. I DID get to eat some of the cookies this year. Hope you had fun staying home and working on those household chores, particularly number 1.

For those who did make it to Summit Point, if anybody got home and found yourself without a blue fold-up chair that you should have had, it ended up coming home in my sidecar. Stop by to pick it up, or I'll try to remember to bring it next year.

Maybe Bill will post a picture of me covered with mud, for everyones amusement. Big Grin

Notice new picture at top of page..nice! Great time by all...great riding...great weather and some nice people. I blew a BMW quick disconnect on the ride home but fixed relatively easily with a splice and hose clamps. Good to meet you all, prolly see you next year.

Dar,

It's my understanding the red ones don't get stuck. Just ask Bill M.

Glad you had a good time, sorry we couldn't make it this year.
