Hey all, been scurrying about here on and off for the last year or so. Spend a lot of time on the ADV site and set up a Ninja 500 with a California Sidecar Friendship II(?) that I've been bombing around on for almost two years now. Had it set pretty high playing in gravel & sand and even had a truck toolbox put in place of the fiberglass body for a while (nobody seems to want to ride with me?!?). For some strange reason I'm getting a notion to lower it back down and make it better suited to just street duty and find something else more off-road worthy. I know my stuff won't hold a candle to anything in this site, but figure I can learn a thing or two while I hang out & let everyone giggle at my little hack Smile We gotta start somewhere, right? Wink

Well, it started out like this:

Stripped down to this:

And last time running around ended up like this:

I've been on the train of thought to make it more off-road capable, but hanging here has me wanting to make it more street oriented and get a Ural for my off-road adventures. BTW, wanting a Ural was what got me in this mess to start with. Turned out to be cheaper to set up what I had (EX500) to test the waters and see if I even liked it. Now here I am wanting two rigs, is it wrong to want one for each foot? Big Grin

The way I heard it is you don't play golf with one club, you need different ones for different circumstances, same with bikes and rigs.
