It's over a year since I registered with HPS and today I'm taking the outfit for its MoT (roadworthiness) test. It's based on a BMW K1200S and my advice to anyone thinking of chairing one up is Choose another bike!
Making a subframe is easy, but dealing with three on-board computers is a nightmare.
When the dust has settled I'll tell you the whole tale and upload some pix.
Meanwhile if there's anybody out there who has got to grips with the CANbus system I'd love to hear from you.
