To all my friends,
With regrets, we will not be attending this years gathering at Maggie Valley either.
Looks like there will be no representatives from the Northeast.
If all goes well, we'll see you next year.
Have fun and be safe.
Bill McSheehy and family.

Jody and Jake have been working all year on pranks to pull on Bill M.

Looks like it will be double on him next year.

This is in no way connected to anybody else’s decisions that I just now saw here on the forum, but I’m sad to say that I won’t be seeing the gang at Maggie Valley this year, either. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

After a year of layoff/retirement, I was recently offered my old job back and accepted the offer. I’m a bit afraid of how it would look if I told my boss I need to take a week’s vacation within my first few weeks back on the job.

Not quite sure how Bill McSheehy already knew about me when he announced yesterday that NOBODY from the Northeast would be coming Question Question

Well, look on the bright side Ralph - if somebody does get a flat tar this year, you should be able to get the gang back on the road a lot quicker Very Happy Very Happy

Tell Jake and especially Jody that I am sorry, but when I found out they were plotting against me, I decided I needed another year to prepare.

Just kidding

Wow, after reading all these posts, it makes what I have to say to you all that much more difficult, especially being that it is the 10th anniversary of this incredible annual event. It is with great regret that I have to inform you that Brenda and I...will be attending!!!
