Strange that it still has the name "Bandito"...

I went to the Hannigan site, though, and happened across the ugliest motor vehicle I've ever seen:

The weak of heart, and small children, please do not click on the link....

Yes, it certainly comes very close to that...

and I think that at least in some states, that 4th wheel turns it into a car instead of a motorcycle, so you're going to need seat belts instead of helmets if you want to drive it on public highways.

But who are we to judge... we think that 3 unsymmetrical wheels is the way to ride. Crazy Crazy Crazy

Oh yeah, that's why we're on this forum in the first place.

I ride one of the first generation Banditos, Dave, if that's of interest. Certainly won't be able to keep up with those Kawasakis.

It's a car Shocked

How can someone produce such a nice sidecar like above, and produce that thing on the web site.
Beats me.

If that thing on the web site is pretty then I need to get out more.

There's a local shop here that builds some hot rod versions of the small four wheelers, putting sport bike engines in them. They're not as ugley as the Gold wing four wheeler and look like they'd be alot of fun.

They also build some of the lowered stretched sport bikes and some 900 engines in 600 frames and body work. Also has a Honda 50 dirt bike with a 125 motor and sprung for a 200 pound rider.

The owner rides an old Triumph chopper and always has some interesting vintage British bobbers and choppers around, that's my excuse for stopping in.
