the yellow & black Yamy outfit above.

Does the spoiler/air fin on the front of the sidecar work, or is it just show and why isn't there one on the back like racing cars ?

That's not a spoiler, it's just the sidecar's nose. Here's a better pic of a Comanche:

Cars need spoilers because they're aerodynamic - so at high speeds (> 100 mph) they tend to lift off the road. Sidecars aren't aerodynamic, and rarely go over 100 mph, so there's no need for spoilers. (Spoilers actually slow you down on the straights - so you don't want one if you don't need one).

Paul, I think I shift into 2nd gear about 92mph, so I've seen a 100 quite a few times Cool . What do you ride again a ural Big Grin . I believe Ralph might have seen a 100 a few times, Although someone said he was slowing down a little Laughing Laughing

O Keith the wing or what ever on the front weights 40 lb so it has to do something me would thinks Laughing Laughing Laughing If I made one for the back I would have to buy a 1400 Kaw Big Grin hehehe life is good Big Grin I am the smartest dum ass in the box. O that was pencil in the box. no that was the sharpest pencil in the box or what ever Laughing or some thing like that me thinks. but what the hell do I know I just work in the car wash Very Happy
