For you guys (and gals?) that are driving rigs with CHS, are the hubs automotive, or purpose built? Are you running one or two calipers on the disc? What make of caliper are you using? What are you using for a master cylinder? Are the front brakes operated from the handlebar?What is the disc diameter? What size tires/wheels are you running?

The hub I use is automotive, I use two tokico 6 piston calipers on the front, one is connected to the front master cylinder and one is connected to the rear master cylinder. stock Blackbird master cylinders. The disk is about 9-1/2” tires are 185/55/15

Bill, do you know what car the hub came from? Does your spindle use automotive ball joints or heim ends?
