High Performance Sidecar (HPS):
By definition ;
"High" Being elevated in position or status, a state of being above many things.
"Performance" the manner in which or the efficiency with which something reacts or fulfills its intended purpose.
"Sidecar" a small car attached on one side to a motorcycle and supported on the other side by a wheel of its own, used for a passenger, parcels, etc.

I don't know the definition of HPS, but I know one when I see it.
